Update v0.94

Mostly minor changes and polishing in this version:

• Shake animation when trying to add blocks that don't fit
• Sound effect when starting a new game
• Sound effects when going in and out of help
• Fade effect on game over
• Option to pauze/resume game by pressing A + B buttons simultaneously
